The OACP has a 3.5" barrel with a bushing and the spring plug is retained by a tab that mates to a slot in the slide's spring tunnel.

The steel trigger was use from 1957-1996 and went away when the GCT was introduced in 1997 with the wide Aluminum trigger and of course that trigger has been used on all Gold Cups since.
